Today we went to the model train show at the mall. I couldn't give two shits about model trains themselves, but I LOVE the detail and scenery that goes into the communities that surround the train tracks. All the little people and the moving ferris wheels and just the details delight me. I've been going to this model train show for as long as I can remember, although I haven't been there in the past few years. A lot of things lose their magic as we get older, but I am still able to marvel over tiny little farm animals and town scenes just like I was a little kid.
